Technical Support

Technical Support is available, Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM through the ASIIS Technical Support Line.  The toll-free number outside the Phoenix Metropolitan area is 1-877-491-5741 and the local technical service number is (602) 364-3899. Calls received outside these hours are returned at the start of the next business day.

  • Both local and regional training on ASIIS tools and features may be arranged free of cost by calling the technical support line.
  • All immunization or healthcare providers requiring to report or query the registry will be provided with the appropriate registration information by calling ASIIS customer support.

  • ASIIS Training Schedule - Information regarding ASIIS Registry and Web Application Training Classes.
  • ASIIS User Group Meetings - These meetings provide users with a forum to exchange ideas regarding various ASIIS tools and features as well as making recommendations for enhancements.
  • ASIIS Enrollment Packet - This page provides a list of documents and forms required to be signed by prospective users.  The application and user agreement must be returned to the ASIIS office before a user is registered.
  • ASIIS Web Application - This web application allows enrolled users to conveniently search for patients in the ASIIS Central Registry and to view patients' vaccination records. Only authorized users can add and edit patient and vaccination records.  In order for immunization providers to access the web they will need to have access to the high speed Internet and Internet Explorer browser version 6.0 or greater.

Reporting Options

  • Providers who wish to report to the registry may do so by choosing either an electronic (Web Application) or paper option.
  • Providers who desire to utilize the electronic method are supplied with the necessary technical support, free software and training to make this possible.
  • Electronic users are also provided with technical specification for patient management (billing) system  to interface with ASIIS for reporting immunization information to the registry.
  • Those sites, which prefer to report by paper, may obtain the necessary forms and support by contacting the ASIIS Technical Support.
